I've been applying for 3 months now haven't got a single good interview if you can tell me how to improve my resume I would be very grateful. Tc: 170k 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Apply using connections. The problem is using a resume drop and getting into ATS in the first place.
Hire a professional resume writer. They know how ATS works
Trust me they don't know or do s**t. They simply copy and paste keywords across various jobs you are likely to apply for then they paste on the last page and change the color to white. That's it. ATS then sees one of the keywords and uses it.
ATS rejection is bad. Use network to refer. If you are looking to speed up the process, try autoapplypro too.
How do you know you're getting rejected by ATS?
Was rejected by ATS. Reached out to job poster on LinkedIn. She said just give me your resume directly and ill schedule an interview.
you could try this lol https://overemployed.com/how-to-get-into-tech-the-secret-recipe-part-one/ it worked for me
Seems like some bring Brian shit. I love it thanks
@walmart Did you end up going with a much longer resume? I will definitely do some keyword analysis and see what I can add into my existing resume
I would also add education. All jobs have a minimum criteria of a bachelor's degree. Just a guess, but the ATS might be rejecting cuz it's not being able to detect your education level.
Even if it's literally a diploma mill (yes its that bad)
The university name doesn't matter. If you did your bachelor's from India, canada folks won't know its name unless its an IIT. At the end of the day, what they are going to see is your degree and major.
