When u feel frustrated or see no growth opportunities in ur current team

when the scope is not as expected and or you don’t work well with the manager (manager might block then though)

When you neither learn anything new or nor utilize any of your skills, you start/end your day with frustration, no chance for growth, you don’t have any visibility for your efforts, your manager needs an update every hour in addition to group meetings and 1:1, you receive deadlines during your vacation, you can’t take time off or WFH to help your sick family members. Combination of these reasons may help you make a decision to move.
