Founders have no real corporate experience. Most Staff Leaders are in their first role as senior leaders, and it shows. No one stands up to the CEO. They see him making questionable decisions and sit idly by saying nothing. CEO takes no accountability for the lack of culture, management, leadership, etc. Tunnel vision as it relates to long-term goals and strategy. There is no defined/extended roadmap for EPD. This is very concerning considering we are a technology company.
