So you will calculate 10 L which is pretty good . But for next 3 years you won't get a good hike and you logic here is they will start your retention after a month li that and they will tell you , 3 years from now Next logic is you cant put papers till 3 years So you have to stay 3 years 4 month For almost same salaryBefore you join, they'll mention a 3 L retention bonus per year, making it sound lucrative.
