- TC is WAY lower than what market pays - expect 20% less than what other firm would pay for same amount of work/title - Being promoted doesn't mean decent raise - Doesn't foster loyalty - Hope people will stay because of flight passes - which the company thinks is worth zillion $ to employees - High turnover from younger corporate employees but HR won't recognize it and no talent retention strategy - "High risk" but low reward company to work for (covid as proof) - Fun colleagues but toxic in many instances
