Good work life balance (though sometimes because people don't want to work harder or try more than just doing their jobs, so expectations are low). Decent salary. Pretty good benefits, but they start way later than your first day--first of the next month after 30 days, so you pretty much have to start the first of a month to get the minimum 30 day waiting period. Best 401K I've seen.
Many folks outside technology will tell you that the company has a great culture, but these folks are usually not in technology. The company continually fails to instill a high quality engineering/tech culture. Role silos are more important to individuals than shipping. Change requests are more important than continuous delivery. The ideas of lean and flow are completely ignored by management in favor of old school technology thinking. If you're a young engineer that wants to learn best practices, steer clear. If you're an experienced engineer that knows how things more-often-than-not-should be done, you'll be frustrated. If you're OK with a certain level of mediocrity, slow attempts to change, and a DevOps team that thinks they have to control everything outside your application, then you'll be fine.
