Kyetra Bryant recently traveled on American Airlines and is now trying to get answers for a huge mistake they made. Per Yahoo, after flying with the company, she checked her bank statement and saw that they added an "African American, African" service charge. According to Bryant, "I said hmmm, 'African American, African service charge.'
A woman told local news she received an offensive charge on her bank statement after traveling with American Airlines last year, Charlotte's WJZY-TV reported. The charge on her statement reads: "African American, African service charge," Kyetra Bryant told the news outlet.

American Airlines has announced a new partnership with Apple Books. The airline's customers will be able to take a different kind of journey with Oprah's Book Club anytime and anywhere- even if not flying.
