Good technology. Some projects use up-to-date tech stacks and architecture. Company uses modern technology practices. Also has good work-life balance and opportunities for growth.
The culture is deeply invested in bureaucratic processes. The paperwork effort overhead is massive. Excessive meetings. At the end of the day, actual productivity is very little. Compensation is good for the region, but can't be compared to actual tech companies.
