MIDDLEFIELD - Our beloved Nellie Moore, born November 12, 1942, passed away peacefully at her home, on May 3, 2021, at the age of 78. Nellie was born and grew up in the Town of Broome, Schoharie County, daughter of George and Eudalia Warner, who preceded her in death, as did grandson Charles, and great granddaughter Birch.

A barrier placed around a controversial lighthouse home in North Devon is still standing, despite its ordered removal 15 months ago. North Devon Council issued the enforcement notice against construction company Palmer Birch ordering removal of the white panel fencing surrounding Chesil Cliff House, Down End by May 25 last year after an appeal was thrown out.
