Benefits are terrible. It might be the only few walk street firms with zero 401k match. Significant turnover with no to low loyalty. Lack of diversity. IT infrastructure and support is lacking and outdated. Management has no direction. The whole place seems to be a dumpster fire. There is a strong emphasis on short term performance rather than focusing on high impact, high quality items. Lack career progression. Significantly below par for comp compared to other firms on the street and most of your bonus ends up in Equity not cash
