After nearly a year I’ve found that being on a project from the get go has helped me develop my consulting skills to match my engineering capability The squad model works excellently and they really do practice what they preach - I’ve nearly used all my training budget ;) The fully remote (if you want to) means I get an amazing work life balance and they really have all the tools sorted so you can be part of the team while working from home If you’ve got great engineering skills drop recruitment a line - my process was all video - 3 stage and great fun
It’s hard to find a negative as I’ve been so supported - so much so in my well-being as well as my development, but if I could change one thing I think rotating off contract for a week every now and then to squad zero just to increase cross contract interaction
