The work life balance is incredible. Mandatory block leave (2 weeks off with minimal access to bank infrastructure) is unheard of elsewhere. Very few groups have to work late. Almost no one works weekends. 401(k) is actually very good. Layoffs don’t happen - great job security.
Salaries and bonuses are way below market. Everyone leaves for 50 to 100% more. Minimal internal mobility. Only French employees have access to management or any real growth potential.
