The work-life balance is great. I've never had any urgent request over my less-than-a-year tenure there. The pay is good considering the light workload.
Leadership does not know what to do. Employee turnover is high, and not transparent. You find out once someone has already left, by not able to message the person on Slack or seeing a deactivated account. Also, I don't think anybody is confident about going public.
