I haven’t been able to find really anything about the interview process other than a tiny bit on Glassdoor. Anyone work there or been through a cycle recently?

Had a kickoff call with a Drizly recruiter recently. Other interviews I’ve had so far for current level or 1 level up would pay 40-50% over my current TC. Drizly recruiter said the TC for my level and location was: 100-115k base, 10% bonus, 68k Uber RSUs vested over 4 years. Seems like a shit deal
