They acquired my company and slashed our benefits: 17 paid parental leave down to locally mandated FMLA for maternity leave only, among other things. No RSUs or even stock options for most employees. No 401k match. They offered a retention bonus for some employees but most were offered so little that they could go somewhere else and negotiate a better signing bonus. The culture is extremely corporate and old fashioned in a bad way.
