Leadership talks a big game about changing the business model, but nothing gets done. The company will continue to be very profitable selling leads in a model that creates a miserable customer experience. Titles at this company are crazy. Director titles with a few years of experience are not uncommon. VPs can be individual contributors. It's EverQuote's way of trying to attract talent that is bumping up against promo barriers at more respectable tech companies.
