Global presense, remote work allowed, interesting mission,multi-sector with smart experts in each sector
This is a highly toxic and harmful work environment where various forms of abuse and harassment have been allowed to persist for an extended period, including at the highest executive levels. Instances of racism, micro- and macro- aggressions, verbal and emotional abuse, and sexual harassment have gone unchecked or diminished, creating an atmosphere where speaking out against such behavior is met with indifference. Psychological safety is lacking in many teams, making it challenging for employees to express their concerns. Furthermore, it is disconcerting that individuals in executive and senior leadership positions, who have engaged in abusive and harassing conduct towards staff, continue to maintain their roles and are even promoted. This concerning trend is exacerbated by leaders who choose to ignore these issues, prioritizing business objectives and displaying favoritism over addressing the well-being and dignity of their employees. In addition, leaders within the organization often support and enable abusive behaviors among their own team members. This is likely because these leaders themselves lack integrity and serve as poor role models by engaging in abusive and harassing behaviors, further contributing to the toxic atmosphere.
