- it is easy to be considered top performer, because the bar is so low
- short term thinking, nearest deadline is most important thing, total lack of sustainability - managment is at best incompetent, at worst toxic - reorg every several months that mostly makes things worse and causes experienced tech people to leave - this along with deadline culture causes a snowball effect where there is a lot of serious tech debt and only inexperienced prople left.
