Fairly flexible schedule and partners are pleasant for the most part. Potential for growth is dependent on how well you apply yourself and also somewhat dependent on your team. Either you can grown within your team or you can find other opportunities for yourself if you do enough cross-functional work and develop solid rapports.
Poor management and high turnover. Not the greatest systems and little room for process improvement due to rigidity. Some managers are unprofessional, incompetent, and not knowledgeable of the actual work. Only one person from each team can be promoted every promotion cycle, and you can only get promoted during that cycle with no exceptions to my knowledge.
