• Down to earth people. • Partial remote so far. • Somewhat laid back culture. • Not sure if pro or con but best way to describe how it is is as a cross between academic and industry. It has even been described as amateurish. • There is a distinction between a scientist and engineer. Seems like a good place if you are a scientist, but if you are an engineer that wants to advance your career during work hours this may not be the place.
