WLB is good, tight deadlines don't really exist here. Most people are nice and easy to work with. Some teams fully remote, others in office 3x/week (recently implemented RTO policy).
Pay is very low and very difficult to get your full bonus or a raise on an annual basis. Tons of red tape (to be expected in health insurance industry). Slow moving. Not always forward thinking. Changing focus and priorities often gets tiresome.
