The work life balance is really good Flex scheduling that allows you to work your 8hrs between 7-6 (but you have to pick a schedule: 7-3, 8-4, etc) if you’re outside of CC Smart and talented staff
Poor leadership Low pay, low raises, no bonuses Customer Care does not get to pick their own schedule, and are assigned a time slot for each day of the week (usually starting with 4pm-12am) Lots of promise of growth, but growth is handed to the same few individuals Toxic management When people leave, you’re expected to do their job for years with no title or salary increase.
