Too many people to track your work. Team members will not share knowledge about the existing project so that they can maintain their strong hold. Almost everyone buttering the manager. Some Employees even go to their manager's house and help with domestic chores, playing with manager's kids. Most of the hirings are influenced by some senior managers having relations with the incoming employee, and rarely on merit. Arbitrary promotions. Promotions happen secretly throughout the year, at the whims of the manager. Inconsistency in salaries. A person's salary can be double that of his senior's or manager's salary. Too many meetings.
