North America Specific • No diversity (ethnicity or age) • Senior employees who have worked there for 20+ years control everything. They’re not open to change, so your voice never gets heard. We’re presenting decks from early 2010s and still using old technology and systems because they’re so close minded. • Constant re-org • No collaboration. It’s a free for all. • People hate each other here and vocally express how they ignore emails and don’t want to talk/make friends with colleagues • All the good senior leaders have left • Expected to do jobs outside role and pay grade • No real job descriptions after recent reorg or plans for career growth. They want us working like a factory mill • Be prepared to be ignored by your colleagues, manager, and HR
