Remote work. You get paid. Salary is at or above market. RSUs granted. Relative autonomy/no micromanagement. Unlimited PTO.
Too many to list here but the biggest ones: - leadership is utterly incompetent and has no vision or understanding of the market they’re in. Direction keeps changing, on weekly basis. Customers hate us and I don’t blame them. Company is being sued left and right and is likely to go bust within the coming year, if not sooner. - RIFs, more RIFS. Literally no one is happy here and can’t wait to leave - no career growth, no bonuses, RSUs essentially worthless, no raise - management does not respect your time off and will keep asking you to work while on PTO - no processes - no transparency from management. No all hands, no communication - everyone works in silos with no idea what other teams are doing
Some truly uplifting stories are emerging of all the ways local residents are pitching in to help each other out and save homes and lives from the flood waters.
The Bureau of Meteorology is no longer the BOM. This service has recently requested that its service be referred to as the Bureau. This has confused the likes of Tanya Plibersek, our Federal Environment Minister.
