- It's all about getting your work done. They're flexible when it comes to working from home and running errands occasionally. During Covid, we're 100% remote. - Unlimited PTO (Requires approval if you need to take time off. However, if you're a high performer, it will most likely get approved.) - You get to work independently with low supervision. It's all about producing results. - We get all major US Holidays off. This includes Labor Day, Memorial Day,. President's Day, etc. - Online learning courses can get expensed (with manager's approval) - I haven't met anyone who wasn't nice to work with. Highly collaborative and transparent culture. - Office is right next to a BART station, so it's easy to get to if you're using BART. There's a slight commuters benefit that discounts BART ride fees. - Company is trying to reinvent itself, so there are pains in changes, but we're getting there. Vision for the company is clearer now. - Catered lunch once a week - but this perk is not available during Covid - Monthly gaming sessions and catered food - during Covid we are playing online, but no expensed food - Several well known investors and VC back this company. - All basic health benefits are included: Health, Life, Vision, and Dental. The company covers a good percentage of it.
- Base pay is average. A lot of options were given. (Con/Pro) - No 401k match - No wellness benefit (ex - gym) - Due to Covid, everyone had a salary cut and we had layoffs. Not all contractors for example were laid off, it's anyone who's lacking in performance or the role is not needed anymore.
