Extremely toxic and bossy work culture. Director of engineering always makes you feel scared instead of motivating the employee. No appreciation for things getting done. HRBP is useless. Everyone (including the VP) knows that people are leaving the team/company because of just one person. But they silently ignore everything including exit interview feedbacks. No culture of 1:1s.
