Depending on the team, WLB is pretty good. Some degree of autonomy (may just be a side effect of poor management though)
Little technical competency. Not a place to go if you want mentorship as an engineer. Way to many managers that do absolutely nothing. Compensation increases for engineers is not great, and the company has skipped raises for the past two years. The company is not at all interested in recruiting/maintaining technical talent (almost feels like they are actively trying to get rid of engineers).
