It's good that I joined Moderna early in 2020 when things were going well. I learned a lot and gained valuable experience during the growth phase which will help throughout my career. I also felt the significance of what it means and what it takes to help save the world from the pandemic.
No direction from business stakeholders Their mindset is working against the company, and people interpreting it different way than intended, which results in a toxic culture. Since the company received capital, the senior leader has changed everything, turning it into the worst possible situation. The Seattle digital strategy is the worst move for the company, I wonder how they are still at Moderna!
