Great place to chill with low expectations, soft performance reviews and good WLF balance
Poor compensation, there are internal sub-levels for career ladder, so when you are promoted internally you are put on the bottom of the next level - resulting in 30% difference from market rates. None of the managers or senior engineers know what are they doing and why they are doing thing, everything is decided on Staff/Director levels, low opportunity to contribute meaningfully. if you are not a tech lead of the team nobody even you manager will not bother to properly explain any decisions to you, your level and title defines everything
