The company hires smart and highly talented people who have excellent drive. The work life balance depends on which project you are working on.
TC: The pay is low compared to similar jobs in the area and there are no stock options (it's a non profit organization). The insurance deductibles/premiums rise every year (~9% this year for health insurance) while the company does not increase their contributions. Your TC will always be much lower than others in the area. Culture: Company is cliquish and can be very difficult to break in and meet other employees. This will impact your ability to advance in the company and join other projects.
