Great WLB on my team Good growth prospects although do need to keep an eye on competitors Very forward thinking tech stack and the folks here are incredibly smart and always willing to mentor Management is great imo. Supportive, recognize work, and is honestly the least toxic/political place I've ever worked to date. Lots of room to shape the future of the company and how it grows
High stakes (you're working with someone's finances), the stress for that isn't for everyone Similarly, it's a startup, lots of growing pains on the technical side, especially after our migration that need to be ironed out. I can see it being stressful as a dev. There may be some ambiguity in your tasks. You might be given an end goal and expected to figure it out (colleagues are happy to brainstorm on it though). Personally a pro to me but I can see it being a con to those who need well defined tasks
