Decent work-life balance if you’re an IC. There is still a (dwindling) number of interesting people who work there.
If you’re an engineer and don’t care much for the FX space, it really makes no sense to stick around. The compensation is very low per current market standards. Also, there has been so much attrition lately that a lot of the people that made the place bearable have left. The upper management talks like they’re paying attention to this problem, but so far it looks like they’re just producing the illusion they’re doing something about it in the hope that staff will suspend their disbelief.
