Terrible senior leadership (CEO, CTO, CMO) No product, and it remains to be seen if the product is even feasible Only one actual customer, and they’re also an investor Not great comp and very low equity Extreme nepotism - friends and family are the core decision makers, then there’s everyone else The CEO is extremely undisciplined, and the product roadmap is whatever he thinks at the time - and this changes constantly. Product capabilities are dramatically oversold to potential customers and investors. Best case exit is an acquisition from the primary customer, so long term prospects are pretty bleak.
