The company moves fast and leadership is clear on the vision. Lots of opportunities to take on additional responsibility to achieve company goals. Lots of drama going on in real estate industry right now and we’ve managed to avoid that.
Compensation is below market. Management gets a lot of pressure to do a lot at once.
