Great team culture and lots of growth opportunities. If you like travelling for work, you will get the opportunity to travel to different plants across north america to participate in different projects. The company is good at managing resources that way. Pay is above average for manufacturing firms.
Rotating door so high turnover, but that is what leads to growth and promotion opportunities. No equity for employees in Canada. Market prediction is pretty bad and the company always reacts slowly or incorrectly to market changes and production is impacted adversely because of those poor decisions
