They have great work life balance, most people are nice people.
Probably due to new office, not too many people available. But they should have evaluated everything before putting people on upper level, which they didn’t. And end up having a very junior naive arrogant guy at a senior level who is trying to manage project and people. Which obviously did a terrible job. I myself have heard 2-3 people in the company talking about how awful it is to work with this dude, and they already left the company later. Then I get to experience to work with this dude, now I am leaving too. Although this is just my temporary stay I plan to leave anyway, this dude definitely broke my plan because I didn’t plan to leave this soon. And another thing surprises me is that this dude gets to decide how to interview candidates, which his process is awful, no coding interview, pure talking. I want to say if the company’s engineer team wants to thrive then put this dude to junior level, otherwise the toxic environment he creates is going to affect the team. Anyways, other Cons would be career growth, they are not a technology company, you aren’t going to grow too much at all. They pay very very little. And, their insurance program requires you have to pay for the insurance that they provide for you, no 401k, overall benefits sucks except web.
