Compensation and benefits are really good (at least in the region I am, not in the US). If you can master the art of not giving a f... about the organizational mess you can just coast making good money while not caring about the products you make.
Org structure is terrible, and re-orgs happen frequently with teams and products constantly shifting with no real improvement. Organization refuses to adopt multi-disciplinary teams with product ownership, and that creates a structure where Product, Design, Engineering and Management branches are constantly fighting each other to see who can push the projects to their wants and needs. "On the ground" engineers get pulled apart and nothing really gets done. The company pretends to do Agile by working in Scrum sprints inside 2 year long waterfall projects that shift completely halfway through, without changing deadlines. A recipe for bad products. No real concept of product management and product development, only projects. After a project is done (and they all turn out full of bugs because of the constant shifts) it is somewhat forgotten by Product folks, it's rare to improvements to be made. Maintenance and Ownership of these products keeps shifting around teams and re-orgs until no-one knows how the code works anymore, and a bunch of "legacy" products are left without owner to maintain (while being live to players)
