- Great culture - Smart, driven, supportive coworkers - Interesting section of FinTech, serving advisors so they can serve their clients - Everyone is empowered to take on tough challenges and propose solutions - Very customer focused TLDR: Great opportunities for growth as an engineer if you’re willing to sacrifice some potential TC at a Bay Area company
- Low TC for tech / product roles - For a software company, has been lacking in innovation. Product is better than most software for advisors but not impressive by consumer software standards - Technical leadership is less experienced
