The compensation and Benefits package is good. There are some great sales reps in the sales org. Route does have a solid product suite and we continue to grow in that area.
Management is very biased and one-sided maybe besides 1 or 2 outliers. You have to play favorites to get into management and is very frustrating/disappointing to see. Leveling up is impossible unless again you're a favorite of your manager. You can't go against the grain and if you ask tough questions they are held against you. The termination of reps here is handled very unwell and I have never seen anything like it before. Our tracking platform does not even compare to some of the other options out there and the more we move up market the harder it gets. I can not get behind our CEO and the layoffs that we had felt like they could have been prevented. We were told previously that there would be no layoffs. Also it seems they are very unresponsible with their spending and that was at the cost of employees' jobs.
