Fast growing (acquisitions every 12 months or less), good people at the IC level, fun co-workers, and decent health benefits. Unlimited PTO goes in both pros and cons - it's a pro only if you can actually take the time off.
Below market rate on most pay (50% on average), unlimited PTO means no one ever takes enough time off, and people work unreasonable hours. If you're not working late into the night or on the weekends, people imply you're not dedicated to your job. Stick to your boundaries and don't let anyone guilt you into working 60-hour weeks. Diversity and inclusion is touted as a priority, but it's all lip service. Most of the exec team is made up of white cishet men with a couple white women. Middle managers are the same, with a few more women thrown into the mix. Supposedly there's a sabbatical program after 6 years, but I spent the last 2 months trying to get someone in HR to answer questions on it, and it's been crickets.
