The pay is definitely competitive and people here are smart. You will learn a ton about ad tech and that’s honestly the hardest part.
CEO is a nice guy but he’s not really a visionary. Granted he had some major hurdles out of our control (PPE on iOS) as soon as he transitioned in, but company seems like it’s barely hanging on with all the changes Apple is making to their ecosystem. Culture is non-existent. There is not a ton of transparency in the organization. People have been leaving left and right.
