-IC’s are smart and nice people who want to make an impact -work hours rarely go past 5pm -generally good comp and bonus structure (although varies from department and employee level) -helpful product and used the stipend for many things around the home
-leadership is terrible, the senior leadership team seems generally inexperienced and a lot of yes people to the CEO -there are a couple of managers and directors who legit should be fired for their toxic behaviors but no one wants to call them out -product team is a mess -ceo is said to a bully and doesn’t make for a psychologically safe environment -people just run around in circles here instead of actually doing what needs to be done to make a great product
