We have a passion for helping people and businesses prepare for the unexpected, protect what is uniquely important to them, and prevail when the unforeseen happens – and we’ve been delivering on this for more than 200 years. We’ve helped people prevail after some of America’s largest disasters, including the San Francisco Earthquake of 1906, the September 11 terrorist attacks, and more recently, Hurricane Katrina and Sandy. We’ve also provided insurance for some of the largest construction projects ever such as Hoover Dam and the Golden Gate Bridge. Today, it includes everything from great new sports stadiums and arenas to universities, hospitals and museums.

It is a good company to start with, but it has very low comp compare to everywhere else. The culture is good, people are happy, and the health/finance benefit is okay.
Very low comp, as I mentioned. Hope they could remain competitive and keep up with the talent pool
