Not much, besides the employee discounts. And profit sharing is okay.
No matter how bad it is to find tech jobs, please avoid this company, the company culture is very archaic and illogical. Expressing disagreement can land you in trouble. Not liking having to work their 45 hours minimum a week or working all 5 days in the office has gotten individuals in trouble. Managers and HR play favorites, and some of their work processes are clearly a sham that screw over an employee. This is 5 days a week, in the office with a tie. While you're here: - You have to be CLOCKED in for 45 hours or you will be punished. - In order to get a promotion from software developer to senior, they require you to have an annual average of 47 hours a week at the office, regardless of how well your performance is - The company does not allow more than 4 personal items of a certain size at your cube - You will be written up for not wearing proper clothing. Typically, women are reported more often. - They often claim to have processes, but usually a decision has been made prior. There is a lack of flexibility here, even down to the most smallest details. They expect employees to be drones and think the same, it's almost cultist. Please avoid as much as possible, even during these difficult times.
