There could be interesting work if it was managed better and there are people that are really valuable hard workers trying to improve the culture.
Management changes every month or two if not more frequently. There is a huge lack of understanding of technical requirements and everything is considered top priority. Way to many people are making big decisions about deadlines without understanding or asking what is required technically to meet those deadlines. There is no cross team collaboration at all, which everyone seems frustrated with but no one does anything to change this. And there is an expectation that “everyone” return to office 5 days a week but in reality only a small percentage of people are actually expected to return and they still meet over teams calls with all the employees that are not in office. So it doesn’t actually add value to the teams. Also depending on the job, it is much more inefficient for employees to be coming in person rather than staying remote.
