- Decent WLB - Some opportunities to do cool work - Some people here are truly talented and just great to work with.
- Mandatory RTO. Threatening to make middle managers mark attendance and treat us like middle-schoolers. I saw Bankoff working from home today, when they demanded all NYC employees to be in the office. - Management is aloof and out of touch. The hollowness is palpable and drips from every all-hands, and I don't know a single colleague who genuinely respects them, who aren't massive sycophants (few and far between.) Their cynicism ironically unifies employees in opposition behind closed doors through shared frustration. - Playing a pivotal role in the broad enshittification of news media by using its brands' legitimacy and reputation for commercial exploitation and profit. Vox was legitimized partly by its explainers, and now we've literally built an ad agency out of that recognition to whitewash for some of the most exploitative and two-faced companies in existence.
