- the people are great - some “chosen” people get fast tracked for promotions and growth - flexible: you can leave for an appointment but you tend to work a ton of hours so you’ll probably make up for that time that you’re away - good benefits - culture is young and energetic and people are eager for promotions and advancement - ability to move internally (pay does not necessarily follow) - coworkers are extremely talented and knowledgeable
- workload is a lot: they load employees up with work (expand geographic reach and coverage) and do not remove anything from their plate. - lack of training: lack of training for support teams results in frustrating experiences for sales people - escalation culture: sales escalates to get things approved/ accomplished - fire drills: happen daily with very little warning - underpaid for the amount of work done - management: previously was a culture of drop everything to complete management’s ask (with very little respect to timelines and daily agendas) - compensation structure is deceiving: do not expect to get bonuses (short or long term comp).
