-Not a very stressful job. -New building, albeit an awful design and feels smaller than the old building.
-All the knowledgeable coworkers left. -No talent retention, insulting raises unless you threaten to leave. -Benefits being cut. -Whenever a new director or exec joins, they hire all their past company goons that are out of a job and bring them over. They get the high pay with no experience while loyal employees get screwed because now there is "no budget".
