More than above-average PTO Very flexible with remote work
Management and leadership do not care about their employees and work life balance. We have faced severe turnover for Project Managers (the backbone of the company) and instead of turning away work or hiring more, they overload the PMs that have decided to stay. There's no room for advancement and no clear plan on how to be promoted. Pay is well below the market, they are only now increasing it slightly because people keep leaving. You are expected to deliver upon client timelines but have no testing or dev resources since no one wants to work here
